Hospitality Management
From opening to taking over a pre-existing hospitality properties, G2’s extensive on-boarding and training process goes above and beyond any brand standard. Ensuring the customers satisfaction is always priority #1.
Second, G2 prides itself on its comprehensive management abilities that includes business strategies, operating and capital budgets, and marketing plans tailored to our ownership partner’s objectives. We understand what owners expect in operating properties to maximize both current operating revenues and longer-term return on investment.
Development
Our Development Team seeks to create hotel properties with excellent operational potential, as well as longer term asset value. We are extremely selective, carefully reviewing each location and market opportunity to identify projects that best align with our long-term vision. When determining whether an opportunity is suitable for development, we look at market trends, demographics, impact on the community, and the potential for a strong return on investment. Our Team personally oversees all aspects of development, including contracts, management, financing, design, and construction of the project.
